For cotton/poly blends (common in our Polo shirts), opt for a delicate cycle. Air-dry flat or tumble dry on low heat—high heat may cause puckering around embroidered designs. For hoodies with chest logos, reshape while damp to maintain the garment’s structure.
DRY CLEANING
For premium fabrics like merino wool blends (used in limited-edition Caps or Sweatshirts), dry cleaning ensures longevity. Inform your cleaner about the embroidery to avoid harsh solvents like perchloroethylene, which can degrade threads. Request a “gentle” cycle and solvent-free detergents. Our OEKO-TEX® certified embroidery threads are colorfast, but pre-testing on a hidden seam is recommended. INDUSTRIAL LAUNDERING

IRONING

Never iron directly over embroidery, as high heat can melt polyester threads or flatten 3D foam prints. For cotton-rich fabrics, use a pressing cloth and steam sparingly. For Caps with embroidered panels, stuff the crown with tissue to retain shape while ironing the brim.
